NGO & nonprofit video production

Make your mission understandable. Keep people at the centre.

Ayni Studios creates films for NGOs, nonprofits, and organizations working on social and environmental impact. We help turn programme information, field interviews, and partner footage into a story that audiences can understand and connect with.

For communications teams explaining a programme, engaging supporters, reporting on work, or preparing a film for a launch, conference, or campaign.

What we can help with

  • Programme launch and impact films
  • Community and participant stories
  • Donor and supporter communications
  • Films assembled from partner or field-team footage
  • Versions for events, websites, and social channels

Studio in Valencia, California. Filming across Los Angeles and working worldwide.

How it works

A clear path
through the process.

  1. Identify the audience, the programme story, and which claims can be supported by your evidence.
  2. Agree participant permissions, interview plans, and partner review responsibilities before production.
  3. Choose new filming, existing footage, filming kits, audio-led animation, or local filmmakers to suit the brief.
  4. Review the narrative with your team and prepare the agreed event and digital versions.

Planning your project

Have you worked on films involving international NGOs?

Yes. Our BCRN programme film involved Emirates Nature–WWF, WWF International, and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). We gathered and edited footage from multiple countries into one narrative. The film was showcased at COP30 and the IUCN World Conservation Congress 2025; the case study links to programme sources.

Can you work with NGO teams on limited budgets?

Yes. We can discuss an edit using existing programme footage, filming kits for field teams, audio-led animation, or local filmmakers. These options can reduce travel and repeated production work. We agree a realistic scope around your budget rather than promising a standard discount.

How should we prepare a film for donors or an international event?

Share the audience, screening date, technical requirements, partner approval process, and the action you want the film to support. Identify who can validate programme facts and approve participant stories. We plan the narrative, review dates, and delivery versions around that brief.

A scope that fits.

Looking for an affordable media company? We can discuss existing footage, filming kits, audio-led animation, and local filmmakers alongside new field production. The right approach depends on your story, material, budget, and deadline.
